General Industry City is a fully integrated community development designed to support a wide range of essential public functions within Abu Dhabi’s industrial zone. Spanning 56,763 m², the project comprises 41 purpose-built structures, including religious, recreational, medical, transportation, and administrative facilities. Together, these buildings form a self-sustaining environment that serves both residents and the wider workforce.
The development features two grand mosques, a dedicated recreation center, a fully equipped medical facility, and a central bus station, each designed to deliver reliable, long-term service. Complemented by extensive structural, architectural, and civil works, the project ensures accessibility, safety, and seamless daily operations across the community. With its comprehensive planning, durable construction, and focus on multi-use functionality, General Industry City reflects GCC’s capability in delivering large-scale public developments that strengthen community infrastructure and improve overall quality of life.
